1. Legal guarantee of conformity
A Consumer who receives a faulty product or one not matching the photographs or description is entitled, under Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, to restoration of conformity and, under the conditions of law, to a price reduction or contract termination.
As the goods are used, the legal guarantee period is reduced to 12 months from delivery, in accordance with the express agreement set out in the Terms & Conditions of Sale (Article 133(2) of the Consumer Code).
In plain terms: parts are used and sold as shown in the photos and described in the listing; the guarantee concerns the match between the part and the photos and description, not its future durability or wear. Therefore excluded are normal wear, cosmetic defects declared or visible, consumable parts to be replaced, and faults or damage arising after delivery or from improper use, incorrect installation or use on vehicles other than the one stated. To report a lack of conformity, simply email info@onlypartsmilano.com with the order reference.
For purchases made by Traders or invoiced for professional purposes, the legal guarantee does not apply and the warranty for defects of the sold goods is excluded, to the extent permitted by Article 1490(2) of the Italian Civil Code.
